Amethyst Room FAQ
How much does the Amethyst Room cost?
Please allow adequate time to set up and tear down. Your rental time should include time for this purpose. If you run over the allotted time for your rental, then the hourly rate will apply. Daily rates are available, and walk-in rentals are welcome on a space-available basis. All fees are paid at the time of booking. Contact us for more information.

The sauna is provided as a bonus for your clients. Please review our Sauna Etiquette.

What is your cancellation policy?
For a short-term rental, if you cancel:
Up to 24 hours prior to your rental, then your fees may be credited to a subsequent rental.
Under 24 hours we do not offer a refund or credit.
For a long-term rental, if you cancel:
Within 30 days or more prior to your rental, then you will receive a full refund.
Within 15-29 days prior to your rental, then we will refund 50 percent of your fee.
Under 14 days we do not offer a refund.

How do I book the Amethyst Room?
Confirm the availability of the date and time you are looking for on our calendar. Read through our FAQ. Send a space request with the appropriate information.

How do I know my space is reserved?
You will be contacted by our Event Coordinator to discuss and/or confirm your request. Your reservation is tentative until all deposits and paperwork have been completed. Once finalized, your reservation will be posted to the calendar.

Am I allowed to bring outside food and drink into the Amethyst Room or sauna?
Only water is allowed in the practitioner room. No food or drink is allowed in the sauna. Please review our Amethyst Room Etiquette and our Sauna Etiquette.

How early or late can I rent the Amethyst Room?
The practitioner room is available only during our store hours, which are Sunday-Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday-Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. No extended times are available.

How much time do I have to set up before my time slot?
Your rental time should include time for setup and tear-down. If you run over the allotted time for your rental, then the hourly rate will apply.

Does the Amethyst Room have tables and chairs?
The practitioner room is furnished with a chair and a lamp. You must bring your own massage table, headrest, sheets, towels, and other equipment. Please be aware that a towel is required in the sauna and we do not provide towels. Additional seating must be arranged.

What kind of equipment is available?
No equipment is provided. However, the infrared sauna is available for an additional fee and is equipped with a CD player.

Is the sauna available as a separate rental from the Amethyst Room?
No, the sauna is only available with rental by a licensed practitioner. It can only be accessed from this room.

What promotional efforts do you make for those who rent space?
We have a bulletin board in our store where you may post business cards and/or fliers.
