We share your concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please know that Nature's Treasures is here to do our part in providing education and peace of mind however possible.
Thank you, everyone, for your continued support, patience, and understanding as we do our part to keep the community safe. We do have a couple of reminders and updates below in addition to the July 1st Update.
*If you cannot smell an incense, candle, oil, etc fragrance through your mask, please select a scent you are more familiar with. Masks must cover NOSE and MOUTH at all times or you may be asked to leave.
*Until further notice, only Service Dogs will be allowed inside our buildings.
*During especially hot summer days, please bring an umbrella, sunblock, and water for while you wait outside or shop from the comfort of your own home.
*To protect and provide comfort for customers and staff, when a Heat Advisement is in effect our entrances/exits will remain closed. Please wait at designated points and exercise social distancing until greeted by our Door Person.
Nature's Treasures of Texas values the health and well-being of our customers and staff. For that reason, we will be following safety precautions and adjust as necessary to local and state ordinances as well as CDC recommendations.
If you feel unwell or show symptoms of COVID-19 (dry cough, shortness of breath, or fever), PLEASE STAY HOME and shop online! We are continuing to offer Free Next Day No Contact Curbside Pick Up, as well as Free Domestic Shipping on Orders over $50, in addition to other exclusive Online Discounts!
We will continue to operate with adjusted hours and reduced capacity. We are maintaining our capacity of 18 customers in the Retail Showroom and Auditorium Trunk Show and 13 customers in the Rock Depot/Yard. We are open 7 days a week from 11a-5p, but please remember that doors shut at 4:50p.
For entry, customers will be required to: (1) wear their own face/mouth coverings at all times while on the property, (2) sanitize gloves/hands upon entry to an area, and (3) exercise social distancing at check-out. Individuals with children will be asked to keep all young ones within arms reach or may be asked to leave. No food or drink will be allowed into the building.
Certain services and transaction types will be unavailable until further notice to minimize interaction times and maximize social distancing. We will not be opening new layaway accounts or offering personal shopping experiences, aura readings, or practitioner readings. We encourage the differently-abled to come with a friend or loved one to help with store navigation during this time. No public bathrooms will be available during this time. Items must be purchased in the area they are selected in.
Returns/Exchanges will be conducted BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to minimize contact and accommodate customer needs. Please e-mail email@example.com to schedule your return or exchange.

05/04/2020 UPDATE- Nature's Treasures Retail Store Reopens May 9th
Nature's Treasures of Texas values the health and well-being of our customers and staff. For that reason, we are choosing to continue to exclusively offer Online Shopping and No-Touch Curbside Pick-Up through May 8th. We know many of you are eager to return to the store to get your hands on some new treasures.
We plan to open our doors at minimal capacity on May 9th, and we will be open daily 11a-5p through May 31st. Upon reopening, our 14,000 sq ft venue will be separated into 3 independent areas (Retail Showroom, Auditorium Trunk Show, Rock Depot/Yard) with each area having a maximum capacity of 15. We will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.

We at Nature's Treasures are grateful for the support shown by our friends, customers, employees and community. We want you all to be safe and secure during this time.
The Governor of Texas has extended the statewide Shutdown till at least May 8, to stop the spread of Coronavirus and COVID-19. The CDC has also updated its recommendations on safety procedures. As a result, the Retail Store will remain closed to the public, and certain services have been suspended until further notice.
Nature's Treasures is doing its part to support our employees and customers in a safe way. While the Retail Store is closed, the Online Store is still adding new products, and shipping orders daily.
- Employees who can work from home are doing so.
- Strict Social Distancing measures are being observed by personnel while on Store Property. This includes only one person in a building or area at a time.
- Cleaning and disinfecting of work areas, tools, supplies and customer orders is being done continuously.
- Masks & gloves are being worn by all personnel while on Store property.
Is my package safe?
We are still learning about the virus and how it spreads, but at this time it is believed that because Coronavirus does not survive long on surfaces, items that are shipped over a period of days are believed to be low risk of causing infection. Also, there have been NO reports of infection related to imported goods, mail, or packages that are shipped.
We encourage you to educate yourself, and make choices that are good for you, your family, and your community by staying informed by credible sources. The CDC remains your best source for up-to-date information and safety guidelines.
Of note, the CDC recommends using delivery services and ordering products online, and limiting your outings to stores. We believe that ordering online is safe, especially while we take the extra steps listed above.

03/24/2020 UPDATE Nature's Treasures Retail Store Closed Temporarily
Due to Mayor Adler's Stay Home - Work Safe Order, Nature's Treasures has had to close its doors temporarily until April 13th. As we hope to continue providing for our employees as best we can, please continue shopping with us online at NTRocks.com.
As per City Ordinance, gatherings of 10+ in a confined space are strictly prohibited until May 1st. Nature's Treasures is taking the following measures in accordance with local law and CDC recommendations to do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19 while maintaining a positive outlook and providing for employees & customers.
In addition to previous measures, Nature's Treasures is:
*Separating into 3 contained spaces with separate ventilation systems to maximize ventilation & minimize germ exchange.
*Exercising the right to refuse entry or refer customers to a different space to adhere to the 10 person limit placed by the City of Austin.
*Making curbside pick-up available during adjusted hours for customers SHOPPING FROM HOME.
*Adjusting Store hours to 11a-6p daily to minimize germ exchange.
*Rotating staff to ensure that all employees get some income with minimal risk of exposure.
*Restricting Services: No Credit Memos, Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Layaways, Returns or Exchanges will be processed during this time to expedite transaction periods and reduce possible exposure time.
*Applying "No Touch" setting on all devices to minimize germ exchange in either direction.
*Closing public restrooms to allow disinfectant conservation and limit germ exchange.
*Encouraging customers to stay home with children & elderly as they are at the highest risk of exposure and to coordinate shopping by sending 1 adult with a shopping list.
If you feel sick or live with a high risk individual, please SHOP FROM HOME via our Online Store, Instagram, or Facebook pages . We will be posting pictures of live products on our social media pages each day and allowing for free personal shopping via the messenger platforms.
We are committed to doing our best to stay proactive and vigilant! WE ARE SENDING LOVING & HEALING ENERGY TO THE NATION & THE WORLD!
Nature's Treasures is taking proactive measures in store to adhere to CDC recommendations and local ordinances to control the spread of COVID-19 including:
*Limiting occupancy per contained space.
*Regularly disinfecting all handles, doorknobs, and major surfaces.
*Regularly disinfecting bathrooms.
*Keeping major entrance/exit doors propped open for ventilation and to reduce the need for contact.
*Keeping A/C fans running to increase venting of space.
*Providing free gloves and access to hand sanitizer.
*Encouraging customers and staff to maintain 6 ft of distance during interactions lasting longer than 30 minutes.
*Requiring employees that feel unwell to return home if they have a fever or other common COVID-19 symptoms.
*Providing access to CDC information and recommendations as it becomes available.
We are committed to doing our best to stay proactive and vigilant during this time of uncertainty while keeping our doors open to you. We will continue to leave our new inventory specially set-up and available until further notice.
In order to continue to serve our community, we encourage concerned customers to shop our Online Store where we are offering an online discount for those who choose curbside pickup at our Retail Store. We are also taking orders from our Facebook and Instagram accounts, offering selections from the Retail Floor as well as the Tucson Trunk Show. We are shipping orders around the country as well as to our neighbors in Austin, Texas.
