Max Meditation™ with Becoming Ceremony

with Ashleah and Anthony

Sat, Sep 12 • 2:30-3:30 • $45.

Max Meditation™ is a 60-75 minute, guided meditation experience designed to help people deeply relax their nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect to clarity, purpose, and inner stability.

Unlike silent meditation or breathwork-only classes, Max Meditation™ uses a structured, multi-step method that combines:

• yogic breathwork

• guided relaxation

• focused awareness

• visualization

• intentional silence

This structure allows participants to drop out of mental noise more easily, even if they “aren’t good at meditating.”

It’s restorative, grounding, and quietly profound without being overwhelming.

This class is for people:

• feel mentally busy, overstimulated, or emotionally fatigued

• want deep rest without effort or pressure

• are curious about meditation but struggle with traditional styles

• already practice yoga or mindfulness and want something more introspective and regulating in a group environment (aka tired of solo online meditation)

• value integrity, safety, and grounded spiritual practice

No meditation experience is required.
This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

What to Expect

Participants are guided through several distinct phases over ~45 minutes:

1 Guided Breathing
Gentle breathwork to downshift the nervous system and arrive in the body

2 Progressive Relaxation
A guided release of physical tension from head to toe

3 Mental Clearing
Visualization techniques to quiet mental chatter and reset focus

4 Focused Awareness
Gentle attention exercises using meaningful words and imagery

5 Deep Silence
Extended quiet periods for integration and stillness

The teacher holds the container the entire time.
Participants are never forced to “do it right” and are always in control of their experience.

What You'll Leave With

After the class, most participants report:

• feeling calm but alert

• mental spaciousness and emotional steadiness

• improved sleep that night

• a subtle sense of clarity or inner alignment

• a grounded, peaceful afterglow rather than an emotional “high”

This is not about catharsis or intense emotional processing: its focus is on restoration and regulation.

How This Is Different from Other Meditation Classes?

• No pressure to share or emote (unless you want to)

• No substances, no hypnosis, no breath-pushing

• Spiritually grounded, but not religious or dogmatic

• Works even if your mind is busy

This is meditation for modern nervous systems.

About the Teachers & the Lineage

Becoming Ceremony is a healing and teaching brand based in Austin, Texas, owned and guided by Ashleah Walker and Anthony Long.

Their work is rooted in Hermetics, an ancient philosophical and spiritual tradition concerned with consciousness, self-mastery, and the laws that govern both the inner and outer worlds.

Hermetic teachings explore questions such as: How does the mind shape experience? How does awareness interact with the body? How does a human live in right relationship with themselves, others, and the larger universe?

Hermetics is not a belief system or religion. It is a practical system of study and practice that emphasizes discernment, responsibility, ethical development, and direct experience over faith or ideology. Learn more about the lineage here: https://becomingceremony.com/lineage/

Ashleah and Anthony are trained within a mystery school, which refers to a structured school of learning where spiritual knowledge is taught progressively, through study, practice, and lived integration rather than information alone.

Mystery Schools have existed across cultures for thousands of years and were designed to support human development in a disciplined, grounded way : intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.

In this tradition, students are taught tools for:

• refining attention and awareness

• understanding the mechanics of thought, emotion, and perception

• cultivating integrity, clarity, and inner stability

• applying spiritual principles to everyday life, not escaping it

Ashleah and Anthony have spent over a decade studying, practicing, and teaching within this lineage.

Together, Becoming Ceremony offers:

• meditation as a trained discipline of the mind

• practices that support inner coherence and clarity

• lineage-based teachings translated for modern, discerning adults

Their teaching style appeals to practitioners and seekers who want substance, depth, and real understanding from a living, breathing mystery school.
