I honestly don't understand how anyone could give this place under 5 stars. maybe the cashiers are disorganized and the systems aren't "up to date" but hell, ITS A CRYSTAL SHOP MAN! never have I seen so many gems under one roof. as soon as you walk in, your heart flutters at the sight of the big ass amethyst that glitters galore. most of the rocks are cheaper than online stores or shops on etsy. the sage you could get for cheaper but if you're dying for your "zodiac sage", go ahead and get it. if you go out in the back, there are "raw" rocks, meaning not polished, treated, etc... you can also buy these at a real cheap price. I got a lovely rose quartz piece for only $3! this place actually has two buildings, so if you come here, you'll be entrapped for at least an hour.

I Love this place! it's my go to for shopping and gifts for my friends. So why the 4stars?

Well if I could it would be more like 4.5 stars.

Staff:

Only due to the sometimes inconsistent staff but dont get it twisted Ive never had them been rude or ugly just sometime neglectful intill check out.That being said the majority of the time They have been Super awesome.Checked in with me to see if i needed assistance but didnt hover.Just a quick"hi there do you need help with anything or have any questions?".I needed help finding some items with a birthday and man they were spot on I just told them some of the things my friend likes and what she was into and they helped me find some awesome gifts for her.I have boughten some of the big figures and they always go the extra mile to make sure they are placed in their proper box and wraped up nicely and when they couldn't find one they super wrapped and bagged up this mermaid fairy I got for my friend and not one but three staff members were super attentive and made sure she was wrapped and secure plus done up in a nice bag.They even wished her a very happy birthday.Btw she loved love loved the fairy.

Shop:

This shop is packed full of fun and great stuff that is always being added to.I go for wiccan jewelery,candles,incence,and beautifull statues.When you walk in you will always get very possitive energey from this cute shop.To the right there is the candles and great selcetion of incence,oil burners,and above are beautiful light catching car and window/outside windchimes and figures.Mosey down a little further and there are a nice selection of smudge sticks and shells and above are some of the most beautiful real life butterflies,bats,and now they even have beatles. In the middle of all of this is the figures of Virgin mary,egypt,Vikings,Fairies galore,the Goddess,dragons,bears,animals,mermaids,angels,and so so much more.which also are scartered all around the store too. Still on the right side there is A small yet big area that has beaded and rock jewlery,stones,tailsmens,pendants,rings,bracelets,and musical instruments.On the left side of the store there are tons of stones crafted into figures and just plain nicely cut and shaped stones.Further down there is a nice meditaion area where there are a small yet good rack of altar or wall hanging clothes,little satchels,medicine bags,lighted lamps,singing bowls,chime bells,and CDs. on the opossite side of that its what i like to call the childrens section which has cute fossils,dinosaur stuff,stuffed animals,toys,shirts,and lots of cute things that any kid would love.

This place is awesome! Great selection of crystals & stones, as well as salt lamps, incense, and other gifts. My only complaint would be that their book selection isn't great, but I guess that's just not their focus. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have yet to check out any of their events, but am looking forward to doing so.

As a new transplant to Austin 5 years ago, I remember being intregued and downright tickled by the "WE ROCK" signage. However, when I finally got around to going inside a few years later, I realized how much they really do! My first purchase, a labradorite earrings set was a staple for several years, and gave me a TON of great energy. Those earrings caused me to start reading up on crystals and their intentions, followed shortly by realizing there were far too many "experts" on the internet and if I really wanted to know more, I should go straight to the source!

The staff has always been friendly and kind to me, as well as knowledgable and helpful. I truly do feel better every time I walk out of that place, I imagine the energy is just too big not to get inside your very pores! Recently there was an occasion where I went to NT to calm down after a particularly harrowing experience. I didn't realize at the time, that was why I was there but it was clear as day later on. Madison (I think that is her name, pretty, thin brunette, sweet as candy) listened to me explain what I needed (a protecting/healing stone for a friend), then she took me out to the store to help me find my stone. Then after we looked around a bit, she said that she would be right back and came with a huge box full of more amethysts for me to look at. It was in that box I found my stone and she was a beaut. I really truly needed her, and NT at that moment and I am so thankful she was able to guide me.

Employees here are quite friendly and will go out of their way to help you find just about anything you desire. They have a large variety of pieces from raw geodes to polished jewelry. There's definitely a little something here for everyone.

I also enjoyed browsing the rock yard and the joint shop although there is a weight limit for purchases there. Be warned, there's a cat that lives in the second building and be prompt to close the door after you enter!

Their prices are pretty fair and they have a lot of Quartz/amethyst/citrine in stock. I did have some trouble finding some rarer minerals but overall I walked out pleased with my purchases. There's a $10 credit card minimum.

As a customer that has been coming here ever since I was referred to the location 4 months ago, I will admit, to those reading this, that I have been amazed by how so many life miracles that come through my time at this store. When I first walked into the store from Crystal Works, I always seem to notice how sometimes they have a beautiful display of rich natural stones and have cheap options, although I personally found that some of the staff members to be unprofessional in looks due to their hippy culture. However, I shrugged it off and continued. What I found is that what they offered to me was far more than just stones, their products does give me insights into what I looked for in life.

For some people, they might think that a metaphysical store is full of people that are there to be around those that have New Age thinking and lacks critical thinking. I am a person who was a skeptic when I first do those things and would love to experience firsthanded how it works. But the resources that I have seen and the stones the people here have showed me the way in my life in ways I never thought of. From psychic messages from worlds outside of this reality to even gaining the right stone that I need for my life, Nature's Treasures points me to the direction that sometimes I never thought it would exist. It is through those firsthanded experience from the store, along with my own personal research, that I found this place to be almost like an oasis. The more I came, the more transformation there is for me, whether it is getting insights into life or helping with my business.
