Happy Hour is back with a NEW VIBE and a NEW TIME. To better help with your New Years resolutions Natures Treasures is partnering with Adela for yoga classes and healthy drink samples as well as recipes to make at home.

Thursday night Happy Hours are held in the event center followed by healthy smoothie and recipes

March 8th & 22nd

The classes are from 10am-11am in the event center.

They are donation based with a suggested $10-$15 amount.

I’ve been practicing yoga for five years, and my journey into teaching began with a deep curiosity to explore the philosophy of yoga, refine alignment, and create mindful, balanced flows. After earning my 200-hour certification, I’m continuing my studies toward a 300-hour and ultimately Therapeutic Yoga certification. Classes will offer gentle, vinyasa flows set to soft, soothing music—inviting students to move with intention, release tension, and find harmony between body and mind. All are welcome to join and reconnect with balance, awareness, and ease!
